Training is at the heart of our profession.
For the new recruits who join our organisation, we offer programmes to acquire the necessary competence to make them able to have a key role in our office.
They are led by colleagues with more experience, progressively improving theirs and their professional prospects , both through a structured course and by training and coaching activities and also through the informal process ‘gained on the job.’
We supplement practical training with the theoretical in line with the rules and regulations of the registry of the professional bodies. The subjects emphasise those themes that are typical of the activities that we are well known for, but to do the best service we can, we must be the best interpreters of both the present and the future.
