Francesco Valentini

Chartered Accountant at Ballarè Brustia Sponghini and Associati, joined BSAssociati in 2019 following previous experience in a professional firm. Today, he specializes in providing tax, corporate, and management consulting services to companies and individuals operating in various industries. He offers professional advice to clients on management control, business valuations, business plans, and financial restructuring plans. He also serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of the Property Ownership Association in the province of Novara.


Camilla Ubezzi

The Attorney Camilla Ubezzi provides legal consulting and assistance in both non-litigation and litigation contexts, with a particular focus on criminal law, including offenses against individuals, property, road traffic violations, and proceedings at the Juvenile Court. She also collaborates with the attorney Alessandro Turchetto, offering client support and legal representation in civil and labor law matters.

She obtained her license to practice law on September 14, 2022, at the Court of Appeals in Turin. She has been a member of the Bar Association of Novara since January 10, 2023. The Attorney Camilla Ubezzi earned her master's degree in law with a grade of 103/110 in Novara, with a thesis in criminal procedural law titled "Means of Combating Organized Crime in the Investigative Phase."

Before joining the BSAssociati law Firm in 2023, she collaborated with two law firms, working on cases in the fields of criminal law, civil law, and administrative law, handling significant disputes in both civil and criminal proceedings.
Prior to completing her law studies, the Attorney Ubezzi undertook a training internship in 2019 at the Office of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Novara. During this period, she was responsible for studying and preparing criminal case files for single-judge or collegiate hearings. She worked closely with the assigned public prosecutor to determine the procedural strategy for the cases under review. She also actively participated in the prepared hearings as an assistant to the responsible public prosecutor.


Alessandro Turchetto

He joined BSAssociati in 2022 after a significant collaboration with a high-profile legal firm in Novara, where he practiced law in the areas of corporate, labor, social welfare, and real estate law, handling important litigation cases in both civil and criminal proceedings. Today, he provides legal consulting and assistance, both in non-contentious and contentious matters, particularly for businesses, with a preference for corporate law, labor law, contracts, and commercial law. He also handles tax litigation, privacy, real estate law, lease and condominium law. Over the years, he has attended various specialized courses, including mediation and conciliation training held by the "Aequitas ADR" Conciliation Body and a two-year Master's program on Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 concerning corporate criminal liability and corporate compliance. Since 2012, he has served as a legal consultant for the "Associazione Proprietà Edilizia" (Real Estate Association) of the Province of Novara, affiliated with Confedilizia (Italian Confederation of Real Estate Ownership) and in 2022, he became President of this association. From 2019 to 2023, he was a member of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Novara Bar Association and attended the Advanced Education School in Labor, Trade Union, and Social Welfare Law of A.G.I. – Italian Labor Lawyers, between 2019 and 2020.


Filippo Traviglia

Co-founder of Fabrìque Avvocati Associati Law Firm, a lawyer qualified to represent cases before the Corte di Cassazione (highest court of appeal) and the Council of State. He previously collaborated with prominent law firms and held senior roles in business representative organizations. He specializes in corporate law, providing assistance to companies and corporate governing bodies in relation to extraordinary operations and governance matters. He also deals with competition law and administrative law, particularly concerning energy and regulatory aspects of Independent Authorities. Additionally, he has gained significant experience in the cooperative and start-up sectors. He has authored several publications, covering topics such as corporate law, Corporate Social Responsibility, and the organization of public law bodies in the cultural field. On an international level, he is a member of EFLA (European Food Law Association) and the Global Referral Network, and serves on the steering committee of the We Transform Project. He is a member of the Third Sector Commission at the Turin Bar Association. He frequently collaborates with journalistic publications, writing about economic, corporate, and competition-related topics.


Alice Spreafico

Chartered accountant with experience in Milanese firms, she joined Ballarè Sponghini and Associati in 2018.

She provides tax, corporate, and management consultancy for major corporate clients and groups of the Firm. Her work involves preparing financial statements, management control, business valuations, business plan development, and financial restructuring plans.

She also handles complex tax and compliance matters within corporate groups.

With extensive expertise in extraordinary transactions, she has developed a strong background in the field of statutory audits for companies and non-profit organizations.

Currently, she is actively involved, even serving as a sole director, in the statutory audit company jointly owned by BSAssociati and other professionals, conducting audits for medium-sized companies.


Fabio Sponghini

Founding and managing partner of Ballarè Brustia Sponghini e Associati, the latest evolution of a professional career that began in 1999 and gradually developed through aggregations, acquisitions and mergers of firms with other professionals in the field. He is registered in the Register of CTUs, of professionals delegated to judicial executions of the Court of Novara and authorized to manage corporate crises through OCC. He holds the role of Mayor and Board Member in important Italian companies. In addition, he serves as a Director and Board Member for significant Italian companies and works as an auditor for local authorities, public entities, and public foundations. He deals with tax, corporate and management consultancy, management control, company valuations, drafting business plans and financial restructuring plans, as well as business crisis management, insolvency procedures and tax litigation. He is an expert in accounting and budgeting of public bodies. He was provincial president of the ACLI of Novara from 2008 to 2016 and since 2019 he has held the position of Mayor of the Municipality of Bellinzago Novarese (NO).
