La Legge di bilancio 2020 (L. 27/12/2019 n. 160, art. 1 commi 210-217) ha esteso a tutto il 2020 il credito di imposta sulla formazione industria 4.0, che prevede un credito di imposta fino al 50% sulle spese, relative al personale dipendente, sostenute dalle aziende per la formazione nelle materie/ambiti industria 4.0.

The 2020 Budget Law (Law 27/12/2019 No.160, Art.1, paragraphs 210-217) extends the tax incentives laid down in the “Industry 4.0 Education” program to the end of 2020. This Budget Law provides for a tax credit of up to 50% on the costs incurred by companies for training of employees in the subjects/sectors designated in the Industry 4.0 training program.
